Went on the death valley and star gazing tour with Corey. It was great and Corey was very pleasant, accommodating, and knowledgeable. If you're going on this tour, I would suggest taking a red flashlight (or a red cellophane to place over a flashlight) and binoculars.

I also went on the Hoover dam and grand canyon west tour with Luis. This tour was also great. Luis was very knowledgeable, pleasant, and accommodating. If you do not do the skywalk, the guano point is much better than the eagle point so go over there sooner. Also, binoculars are good for this tour too.

They have plenty of snacks and bottled water and pop. A suggestion for the company would be to have a jug of water people can refill their own bottles with rather than just the bottles

Amazing! The Skywalk is breathtaking. Jeff,our tour guide was knowledgeable and very funny. We made a couple extra stops at the bridge over Hoover Dam and in the Joshua Tree forest for some great sunset shots

We had an amazing trip to Antelope Canyon and Horseshoe Bend, and a big part of that was thanks to our guide, Jon!

Jon was friendly, professional, knowledgeable, and took great care of us throughout the entire journey. It was a long drive from Las Vegas, but he made it so much more enjoyable. We especially loved his playlist—the music was great and made driving through the desert scenery even better!

We also really appreciated the food, snacks, and drinks he prepared for us. Everything was thoughtful and well organized. Jon also shared lots of interesting information about the landscapes, history, and places we passed along the way, which made the journey itself feel like part of the experience.

Our group happened to be mostly Asian travelers, so we were probably a little quieter and didn’t chat as much during the ride. But I really hope Jon knows that we were actually having a great time! Even when we weren’t talking much, we were listening, enjoying the music and scenery, and appreciating his energy and everything he shared with us.

Antelope Canyon and Horseshoe Bend were absolutely incredible, but Jon made the long journey there and back just as memorable.

Thank you, Jon, for the great music, delicious food, interesting knowledge, positive energy, and for taking such good care of us. We might have been a quiet group, but we truly enjoyed the trip and really appreciated everything you did for us!

We had a great experience on our 3 day Zion-Bryce-Grand Canyon tour. Everything was planned with a lot of detail. Ken, our guide was always interacting with us, sharing interesting facts and making sure we stay on time! Highly recommend MaxTours and Ken for anyone looking for a great trip.

I was in Vegas first time from Australia. Celeste was our tour guide and she was amazing. Easy pick up from my hotel Paris, small group of 15 made the day way more enjoyable as Celeste knew how to navigate the crowds, where to go, how to get those good photos. As a solo traveller she happily takes photos as well which helps. Lots of free snacks, drinks on board, stops along the way for rest toilets. The bus was modern, comfortable, air-conditioned etc. Celeste is a local so she really knew the landscape well, highly recommend Max Tours

Unforgettable family day trip – Chad was truly exceptional!! I booked this tour for our family—myself, my husband, and our two sons—and I honestly cannot say enough wonderful things about our experience. From start to finish, our guide, Chad, went above and beyond to make sure our day was smooth, comfortable, and memorable.
The morning kicked off early with a great photo stop at the iconic "Welcome to Fabulous Las Vegas" sign before the major crowds arrived. As we headed out into the desert, Chad shared endless interesting facts and local history, keeping the energy lively and fun throughout the longer stretches in the van.
What really stood out was Chad’s genuine care and hospitality. He couldn't do enough for us! The van was constantly stocked with a fantastic selection of snacks and cold drinks, and he kept offering them to everyone throughout the day. He even reminded us to take whatever we liked back to our hotel at the end of the tour, as they restock with fresh supplies daily.
As a mum, my absolute favourite part was that Chad made sure our whole family was in the photos at every single stop. Usually one of us is stuck behind the camera, but Chad knew all the best angles and spots, making sure we walked away with fantastic full-family memories.
His insider tips were invaluable throughout the day:
* He gave us spot-on advice on where to eat at the Grand Canyon so we didn’t waste precious time queuing.
* He guided us on which gift shops had the best quality items and which ones to skip.
* He planned our comfort breaks thoughtfully, skipping unnecessary service stops and ensuring we always used clean, well-maintained facilities.
To top it all off, Chad even added spontaneous bonus stops whenever great opportunities popped up, including a detour on the return drive from the Grand Canyon where we got to spot local wildlife!
If you are travelling with family, do not hesitate to book this tour, our tour had a varied mix and all were catered for. And if you get Chad, you are in the very best hands and safe hands.
