Great experience Luis did a great job on the tour. He took some very nice photos of every group at each stop. We never felt rushed and felt like we had enough time at each location.
Very informative and enjoyable. I would highly recommend.

Tour is well planned. Sufficient time was given for every place. Fair coverage of places. Hotel for two nights was good. I was expecting different menu for breakfast. But it's ok. I would like to suggest to cover all meals in your cost. It takes time for every one to choose hotel and food for individual. U can have deal with specific hotel in route for meals . Car was good and in good condition.
Last but not the list ..Jim is amazing person
He was providing detailed information and answering every questions patiently. I must say that Jim is good asset Max tour has. Without him we would have missed something.
So over all experience was nice.

Once in a lifetime…. What a terrific day, start to end. Fun facts, history in action and views for miles! A great family experience with my adult children. We were 5 out of 12 passengers. Thomas was the quintessential tour guide! Just enough information, lots of snacks, bathroom breaks and down time to make everyone on the trip comfortable! The premium access pass which included the Skywalk and lunch was well worth it. And for folks like us coming cross country, Thomas was a treasure trove of practical tips on where to eat, what to see and how to get there. We knew the Grand Canyon would be breathtaking, but we underestimated how interesting the Hoover Dam was and how memorable the Joshua Trees would be. By far, our best vacation day on this trip.

Excellent organisation, Bobby is a great guide for this spectacular tour. The trip was really well organised, pickup was exactly as planned with clear and helpful instructions about where to meet the bus. Bobby was a brilliant guide, full of insights and information, a lot of dad jokes, and keeping us moving along to get the most out of the day without ever feeling like we were being marched around and kept to a schedule. Bus was very comfortable and the food and stops en route were all very good. I left my phone on the bus at the end of the day and liaising with the company to collect it was smooth, so I felt they were still very helpful after the tour. I would recommend paying for the skywalk and lunch.

We did the 3 day tour with Jim. It was worth every cent. It's long days in the van (6-7am starts and 8pm finishes) but stops every hour or so keep it manageable. I didn't feel like we were rushed out of anywhere either. You could definitely do it cheaper if you drive yourself but it was so easy with all the logistics taken care of. Jim also helped to take care of some dietary requirements for us which was much appreciated.

The tour itself was awesome, no dud stops at souvenir shops to pad time, everything was a great experience. The provided meals were pretty basic (pizza, chicken burgers, sandwiches and hotel breakfast) but did the job and saved a lot of time.

One tip - with the non residents park pass, don't stress too much about it - Jim helped the group to utilise the 4 adults per pass so it wasnt awkward asking strangers to cough up $67 to share with you!

Fantastic visit We had a fantastic trip to Grand Canyon and Hoover Dam! Tran was an excellent tour guide and ensured that everyone had a wonderful time! We have wonderful pictures and memories thanks to Tran. Would highly recommend!
