今年2/13-14我們參加了MAX TOUR的2-Day Tour,我們是從官網直接報名。出發前幾天,旅行社就會先來信提醒注意事項,包括隨身行李的規定,還有當地天氣的報告,讓我們可以做好打包的準備(luggage packing and what to wear)。並細心提醒如何在出發前安置我們的行李,還有如何給小費及接送等細節。然後,出發前一天會告知接送位置和時間。 這是個迷你的旅行團,我們全團共13人,車廂乾淨舒適,長途行程可以安心休息,免去自己開車的疲憊和找路的麻煩,下車就可以精神奕奕地參觀。 我們的tour guide是David,他就像朋友家人一樣親切、體貼、友善、熱情、隨和,我們這團只有2位是美國人,其他都是來自台灣,很幸運跟大家同遊。我自己因為久未說英語,表達不是那麼流暢,無法熱烈的交談與回應,但David永遠都是那麼熱情親切,而且他不管是景點的介紹,還是宣達事情,都非常清楚易懂,對非母語人士的我來說,幫助很大。 他車子開得很穩,技術很好,也很照顧每個人,播放的音樂也超好聽,我很喜歡。他在車上備有充足的點心和好喝的飲料,在各景點也都熱心幫大家照相。並帶我們吃好吃的餐廳,清楚介紹大峽谷和胡佛水壩的相關知識。這兩天,他開了很長時間的車,還能沿路為我們解說和介紹,佩服他的精神和體力,還有專業的表現。 以下是官網上說的公司的使命和願景 (我們的使命是為我們的客人創造終生難忘的回憶。我們的目標是最大限度地提高舒適度、便利性和關懷度。我們相信客戶服務的最佳範例來自於那些像對待朋友和家人一樣對待客人的人。我們以實惠的價格提供個人化的高品質旅遊,讓旅行無憂、愉快) 我要說,你們真的做到了! 看過留言,大家都跟我和家人的感受一樣非常滿意。 所以推薦給想要輕鬆愜意體驗感受大峽谷國家公園的旅人,選擇MAX TOUR,一定不虛此行。 My family participated in the 2-Day Tour of MAX TOUR on February 13-14 this year. We registered directly from the official website. A few days before departure, the travel agency would send a letter to remind us what to pay attention to, including something on carry-on luggage and local weather reports, so that we could be well prepared for luggage packing and what to wear. The travel agency also carefully reminded us how to place our luggage before departure, as well as how to tip for luggage and other details. Besides, the pick-up location and time would be informed the day before departure. It's a mini tour group, and I liked it. There were 13 people in our group. The van inside was clean and comfortable. You could totally rest at ease during the long journey and avoided the fatigue of driving and the trouble of finding the way. You could always visit in high spirits when you got off the car. Our tour guide is David. We are very grateful to have him. He is just like a friend or a family member. He is so kind, considerate, friendly, enthusiastic, and easy-going. There were only two Americans in our group, and the others including my family were from Taiwan.( I am very lucky to travel with you all.) Maybe due to the culture gap or something, the members didn’t talk a lot as native speakers. At least for me, I haven’t spoken English for a lont time. Therefor, it’s hard for me to chat fluently, so I couldn’t respond enthusiastically. But David was always so warm and kind, and what he said about attractions or something to take care of what we needed was very clear and easy to understand for me. It really helped a lot as a non-native speaker like me. (Thank you to my friends from Florida for chatting with David throughout the whole process. You both are so nice and considerate.) David drove the car very smoothly. He surely had good skills on driving, and took good care of everyone during the trip. By the way, I enjoyed the music he played. He had plenty of snacks and nice drinks in the car. He also enthusiastically helped everyone take photos at various scenic spots. He took us to delicious restaurants and gave us a clear introduction to the Grand Canyon and Hoover Dam. In the past two days, he drove for a long time and shared a lot of interesting things to us along the way. I admired his mental and physical strength, as well as his professional performance. I strongly recommend for anyone who wants to experience the Grand Canyon National Park in a relaxing and comfortable way. Choosing MAX TOUR will definitely be a worthwhile trip. David was very polite, but I regret not taking a photo with him as a souvenir. (I was afraid of being rude, so I didn’t make the request)
