				Jim was an outstanding guide on our Three-Day Grand Canyon, Bryce, Zion, Antelope Canyon and Monument Valley Tour with MaxTour. He was friendly, knowledgeable, professional, and made the entire trip enjoyable from beginning to end.

What impressed us the most was his exceptional customer service. After dropping us off at our hotel, we realized that we had accidentally left a bag in the tour vehicle. Jim had already continued to the Las Vegas Strip to drop off the remaining guests, but after finishing his route, he came all the way back to our hotel to return our bag. We were incredibly grateful for his kindness, responsibility, and willingness to go above and beyond for his guests.

Thank you, Jim, for making our Three-Day Tour such a memorable experience. We highly recommend Jim and MaxTour to anyone looking for an unforgettable adventure in the American Southwest.

				We did MaxTour’s single-day Grand Canyon tour, which included a stop at Hoover Dam. It was excellent from start to finish.

Leaving aside the sights themselves — which, of course, were incredible — the tour experience was fantastic. Our guide, Dale, was down-to-earth, funny, informative, and accommodating throughout the day. He struck the right balance between providing useful information and keeping things relaxed and enjoyable. Dale's driving was great too!

We had a small group: the two of us, a solo traveler, and a family of three with a young child. Everyone apart from us spoke English as a second language, but that was never an issue. Dale did an outstanding job of communicating with everyone and making sure the entire group felt included and comfortable.

The day was well organized, ran smoothly, and never felt rushed. Dale’s professionalism and personality made a great trip even better. Highly recommended!

				We had an amazing experience on the Three-Day Tour with Jim. The itinerary was very well planned, allowing us to see all the major attractions without ever feeling rushed. Every stop was worth visiting, and the balance between sightseeing and travel time was excellent.

Jim was incredibly friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. He shared interesting information about each destination, kept the group organized, and made sure everyone had a great time. His positive attitude and sense of humor made the trip even more enjoyable.

I highly recommend Max Tour, especially if you have Jim as your guide. It was one of the highlights of our Las Vegas vacation!

				Amazing Experience of the Grand Canyon 2026 Luis was our tour guide,very people friendly, very well educated and thorough. It was a great time of the year to go, we went in April. The weather was great. This was our first time on a bus tour( the last time we flew, which was more pricey)  we learned quite a bit!! With this trip we got to see, the hoover damn, the 7 magic mountains and the grand canyon. The view from the glass bridge was amazing
