Unforgettable Small Group Tours from Las Vegas

Not knowing what to expect going on an all day tour I was quickly put at ease by our tour guide. Every need our group had was already thought out by our guide and time went by fast. Our guide was friendly and well versed on what we were seeing, and then some! I would take a Max tour again without hesitation!!

Took the Sleep in tour for Grand Canyon and Hoover Dam on 8/14. Pickup was very convenient (right at our hotel) There was a bit of an unscheduled Emergency Vehicle procession that had our van running late - Our Tour Guide - Tran - Called and kept me updated on status so I wasn't concerned.

Pacing of the tour was good with enough time at each stop.

Very thankful for the abundant snacks and drinks - it really made it easy to just hop in and enjoy the ride.

Seating in the van was well spaced with 9 on the tour. Basically a row of seats for each set of people and a single seat for the extra person. I think 1 or 2 more may have fit fine but any more than that would have been crowded since no one wants to be that close to a stranger.

Tran was fantastic and we enjoyed the time spent with him. He had good information and stories.

Loved that he offered to get great vacation photos at key spots for us. That was such a nice treat to be able to have those at the end.

On the way home - We ended up in a unforeseeable weather situation with closed roads and no real protocol. All the options were less than ideal. Tran made some decisions on the fly and got us all back to our hotels safe with just a few hour delay. (Honestly it could have been overnight). He kept a good mood throughout a tricky situation and although I had to close my eyes a few times getting out of the danger area - his attitude and good spirits made everything much less concerning.

Past 65 years old and never been on a tour with a group. Have to be honest I was a little bit nervous. Have to be honest again and say it was a wonderful time and met some wonderful people with a wonderful tour guy named Bobby. I would do it again in a second.

We did the Hoover Dam tour with Jon H today and had an absolute blast! It was incredibly hot but such an awesome tour! He made a couple stops for us to see a herd of Big Horn sheep in a park and a lookout over Lake Mead. The Pat Tillman Bridge was an easier hike than expected and the Hoover Dam was an amazing experience. Jon did great making sure everyone stayed hydrated and had snacks and drinks available throughout the tour. He told jokes and talked about what we were seeing along the way. Very knowledgeable and an amazing tour guide! Highly recommend the tour! Jon also happened to be from our home state of Washington which was a fun connection!

Awesome tour of Zion, Bryce Canyon, and Grand Canyon We are from India, I and my husband took this tour with a diverse group of people from England, Italy, and Brazil.
Our tour guide was Ken, and the experience was awesome. Ken's depth of knowledge about the places visited, and time management skills were excellent.
He took care of several small needs of all group members to make every one comfortable.

Hoover Dam tour, highly recommend! Today we did the Hoover Dam tour with Jon H and it was amazing!! He was knowledgeable and funny. He made sure everyone stayed hydrated and had snacks available throughout the tour. He kept the van nice and cool because the heat exceeded 100 degrees. Amazing tour! Highly recommend!! We were lucky to get Jon as he is front our home state and made it a lot of fun!
