Great day Perfect trip!!! Our tour guide, Celeste, was very knowledgeable, kind and accommodating. We were going to rent a car and do this on our own, but I am so glad we went with this tour instead.
The group was a perfect size and our stops were perfectly timed. We never felt rushed

We had an amazing experience with MaxTour’s 3-day tour covering Grand/Antelope/Bryce Canyon, Monument Valley, and Zion National Park. The itinerary was well planned and everything ran very smoothly.

A special shoutout to our guide Orlin. He was professional, knowledgeable, and made sure everyone was comfortable throughout the trip. He also played great music during the long drives, which really added to the overall enjoyment of the journey. Highly recommend MaxTour and Orlin if you’re looking for a well-organized and enjoyable multi-day tour!

We had a great 2-day tour with MaxTour, and with our guide Justin. Justin was more than helpful all the way along in the tour, taking care of all the small needs and accommodating any ad-hoc requests.
This is a great tour in general if you don't want to drive by yourself and don't have idea on how to plan the National parks itinerary.

Wow! All I can say is wow! My family and I booked a Grand Canyon, Hoover Dam, and Magic Mountains tour with Max Tours, and while the sites were all incredible-and that alone is an understatement - it was Momo I credit for creating such a wonderful and memorable experience. Momo not only picked us up on time and got us back safely, she came with facts, kept us engaged, and kept her energy up throughout the whole day. Our tour pick up was at 6:55 am and she remained engaged, attentive, and in great spirits until our drop off after 8pm. She brought the energy, knowledge, and knew when to give everyone some rest. She’s such an incredible guide! Momo clearly has a passion for her profession, and a talent with people. Thank you for curating such a wonderful experience for my family and I, as well as all the off the strip restaurant recommendations!

Tour Itinerary

Day 1

Begin your journey with an easy check-in at one of our convenient Los Angeles pickup locations before heading east toward the open desert.

Travel through wide mountain ranges and dramatic desert scenery on your way to Death Valley National Park, where your first stop is the sweeping Mesquite Flat Sand Dunes, perfect for iconic photos and a short walk on the soft golden sand.

Continue to the Furnace Creek Visitor Center to learn about the park’s extreme climate and unique geology before enjoying a relaxing lunch surrounded by rugged desert mountains at Death Valley Ranch.

After lunch, visit Badwater Basin, the lowest point in North America, and walk out onto the vast salt flats. Then head to Zabriskie Point for panoramic views over colorful badlands and some of the park’s most dramatic formations.

In the late afternoon, drive east across quiet desert highways toward Nevada and arrive at your included Las Vegas hotel for the night. Enjoy a free evening to explore the city at your own pace.

Day 2

Note: You may change tour vans or tour guides at the start of Day 2.

Start your morning with pickup from your Las Vegas hotel and a light breakfast to begin the day smoothly. You’ll leave your full-size luggage at the hotel and continue the tour with a small overnight bag.

Journey to Zion National Park, one of Utah’s most stunning landscapes. Take time to explore its towering cliffs, scenic vistas, and iconic landmarks such as The Watchman and Checkerboard Mesa.

Next, head to Lower Antelope Canyon, where a local Navajo guide will lead you through this world-famous slot canyon, known for its incredible colors and flowing sandstone walls.

Afterward, enjoy a short walk to the breathtaking overlook at Horseshoe Bend, one of the most photographed spots in the Southwest.

In the evening, check into your included hotel in Page, AZ.

Day 3

Begin your morning at Grand Canyon National Park – South Rim, taking in several classic viewpoints such as Yavapai Point, Grandview Point, and Lipan Point. Enjoy wide, panoramic views of one of the world’s greatest natural wonders. (Stops may vary.)

After exploring the Grand Canyon, continue onto Historic Route 66. Your first stop is the charming town of Williams, AZ, where you can enjoy lunch (own expense) and stroll through its nostalgic downtown.

Continue along Route 66 to Seligman, AZ, the birthplace of the Route 66 revival, with time for photos and sightseeing.

Relax on the return drive through the desert, with convenient drop-off back at the hotel you stayed on night 1 (hotel included in the price).

Day 4

Note: You may change tour vans or tour guides at the start of Day 4.

Begin the day with pickup from your Las Vegas hotel and depart west toward California, traveling across wide-open Mojave Desert landscapes and passing stretches of historic Route 66 on the most direct route to Joshua Tree National Park.

Arrive in the town of Twentynine Palms for a lunch stop (own expense), allowing the rest of the day to remain focused on exploring the park.

Enter Joshua Tree National Park and start with a walk through the Cholla Cactus Garden, a dense and visually striking landscape filled with spiny cholla cacti that glow in the desert light. Continue to Skull Rock, a naturally eroded formation resembling a skull, and one of the park’s most recognizable landmarks.

Next, head up to Key’s View for sweeping vistas over the Coachella Valley and a clear look at the San Andreas Fault from one of the park’s highest viewpoints. Finish your park exploration with the Hidden Valley Nature Trail, a short loop showcasing massive granite boulders and classic Joshua tree scenery.

In the mid-afternoon, depart Joshua Tree and drive west toward Los Angeles, arriving in the evening for convenient drop-offs at your selected Los Angeles location.
