 My tour of the Grand Canyon and Hover Dam was excellent. Our Tour Guide Bobby, went above and beyond with our tour. First to start things off we went to the wrong meet up location, we contacted Bobby through his company and asked where we were and instead of us meeting him at the right location he went out of his way and picked us up. He took us to see some really amazing views of the grand canyon and the hover dam, he’s very informative, knowledgeable about Vegas, The Grand Canyon, Hover dam ETC… we went to lunch and all in all had a blast. Me and my big family loved every second of the tour and will be booking with Bobby in the future. Thank you very much for the fun time.

 Unforgettable Grand Canyon Experience with MaxTour and Big Dave! From start to finish, my Grand Canyon Sleep-In Half-Day Tour with MaxTour was an absolute delight. Big Dave, our tour guide, played a huge role in making this experience memorable. He was knowledgeable and friendly, and also very attentive to ensure that each one of his guests felt comfortable and enjoyed the journey. He shared lots of interesting details about the different cities we drove through on our way to each destination. He had a great sense of humor and courteous demeanor which really did make the day! It's clear that MaxTour really did put in a lot of thought and attention to the details in every aspect of the trip. They did provide unlimited snacks and drinks, as promised, and these were readily available. They even provided an iced coffee beverage for each guest, which for me, was a nice bonus. With MaxTour, we were able to avoid long lines at the Grand Canyon. The bonus stop that was advertised was actually very interesting. To really understand the beauty of the Grand Canyon, one really must see it in person. I came home with stunning photos and great memories. I can confidently say that this tour with MaxTour, guided by Big Dave, was probably one of the best I have ever been on. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a thorough, enjoyable, and hassle-free exploration of the Grand Canyon. A big round of applause to MaxTour and Big Dave for such a outstanding experience!

 We did the Grand canyon/hoover dam tour. We were picked up at our hotel which was nice to not have to go somewhere else for pickup. Unfortunately, before we departed the city our driver got sick and had to call the on call driver. After a brief wait, our new driver Orlin arrived and we departed. Orlin was very friendly and knowledgeable about everything. While at the Grand canyon, I overheard a guide from a big tour bus and he didn't know anything about the mine at guano point so it was nice that Orlin knew the history. He also pointed out some awesome terrain features that a lot of other guides probably don't know about. I felt the tour spent the perfect amount of time at each stop. It was nice to have Orlin give us the history and facts of each stop then give us time to explore on our own. There was a decent selection of snacks and drinks that were included. We really appreciated that Orlin had to give up his day off to do the tour. We would definitely book this tour again.

 I had an amazing experience with MaxTour – hands down one of the best tours I've ever taken. The views of the Grand Canyon were absolutely breathtaking! Being my first time in Arizona, Cash made the trip unforgettable. His attentiveness and knowledge were remarkable, and his storytelling added an extra layer of enjoyment to each stop. The entire group was friendly and welcoming, making the experience even more enjoyable.  What an amazing experience, but it wasn't just the sights that made it so enjoyable. Celeste was our guide and she was the hostess with the mostess, insightful, thoughtful and a real laugh to be around. I don't think our experience would have been near as good if not for such a fantastic guide! Thank you so much MaxTour for such a wonderful and informative day out to the Grand Canyon, and thank you Celeste for making it so fun! Don't think about it, just book!

 Great views,Excellent tour guide, Must do The tour was amazing from start to finish with Bobby. He was very courteous helpful and funny. Bobby definitlely went out of his way to make our excursion memoriable and enjoyable.He even helped with personal photos and answered all our questions.The van was very clean and comfortable. Being on the Max tour as a smaller group was more personalized and relaxing.The Grand Canyon views were amazing at both locations, Hoover dam well what can you say WOW. The Seven Magic Mountains was a cool place to stop as well as Joshua tree stop and beautiful view of Lake Mead. This Max tour is to be highly recommended along with Bobby of course.

Are kids allowed on this tour?

Yes of course! There’s no children's price for our tours, but any children aged 5 and older are welcome to enjoy the ride on our Grand Canyon and Hoover Dam tour at the full rate. And just let us know if you need a booster seat, and we can arrange it at no extra cost.

What hotels do you pick up from?

We pick up from all hotels within 2 miles of the Las Vegas Strip and Downtown Las Vegas, Nevada.

What time does this tour start and end?

Pick-ups are from 6:30-7:00 AM and drop-offs are usually from 7:00 and 8:00 PM, depending on the conditions on the day of the tour.

Do we need to bring our own lunch and snacks?

No (only if you want)! We’ll provide unlimited water, drinks, and snacks for our guests along the way. And there are some delicious places to grab lunch at the rim of the Grand Canyon.

What kind of vehicle will we tour on?

All of our tours are conducted on 15 seat passenger vans, not a huge bus like other tours.

I'm checking out of my hotel, can I bring my luggage on the tour?

Unfortunately, there isn’t space for luggage and suitcases on the tour to the Grand Canyon and Hoover Dam but speak to your hotel and they can likely store them for you throughout the day.

Will I be picked up at my hotel?

Yes! As long as you are staying at a hotel within 2 miles of the Las Vegas strip or Downtown Las Vegas, you will be picked up directly from your hotel. We will email you the day before your tour to arrange the exact time and place you will be picked up for your Las Vegas Grand Canyon and Hoover Dam adventure.

What is served for breakfast?

Breakfast is usually muffins, bananas, snacks, juice, and coffee before our Hoover Dam stop.

Is there a bathroom on the bus?

Our tours are conducted in 15 seat passenger vans, not buses. There is not a bathroom on our vans. We will make timely stops so all our guests can use the restroom throughout our Grand Canyon and Hoover Dam trip.

Can I bring a wheelchair on the tour?

Unfortunately, there isn't room on our small group tour vans to bring a wheelchair. If you need to bring a wheelchair, it would be best to book a Hoover Dam and Grand Canyon West Rim tour with a bus company.

What will we see at the Grand Canyon?

The tour features some of the most memorable spots in America, including sweeping views at Guano Point and daredevil-like activities at the Skywalk at Eagle Point.
