Yes of course! There’s no children’s price, but any children aged 5 and older are welcome to enjoy the ride at the full rate. And just let us know if you need a booster seat and we can arrange it at no extra cost.

We pick up from all hotels within 2 miles of the Las Vegas Strip and Downtown Las Vegas.

Pick-ups are from 5-6 AM and drop-offs are usually from 7-8PM on the 3rd day, depending on the conditions on the day.

You may bring your own drinks and snacks, but we also provide unlimited drinks and snacks on all of our tours. Note that alcohol is forbidden on all tours because many visit federal landmarks with such restrictions.

We recommend close-toed shoes for maximum comfort, as we will be visiting rocky and deserty areas. Light-colored clothes and a hat are also recommended, especially during warmer months.

Yes! As long as you are staying at a hotel within 2 miles of the Las Vegas strip or Downtown Las Vegas, you will be picked up directly from your hotel. We will email you the day before your tour to arrange the exact time and place you will be picked up.

Our tours are conducted in 15 seat passenger vans, not buses. There is no bathroom on our vans. We will make timely stops so all our guests can use the restroom.

No, we will book and pay for the tickets, you can pay us back on the day of your tour. 

Typically we stay at either Best Western Plus, La Quinta, Sleep Inn, Wingate by Wyndham or Days Inn in Page, AZ. We book the hotels based on availability, so the exact location will be communicated to you the day before the tour.

Cancel 7 days or more before your tour to receive a full refund.

Your Tour Guide will work hard to ensure that all guests in attendance enjoy a uniquely memorable experience while traveling with MaxTour, and will serve as your photographer and chauffeur in addition to your source for knowledge about the sites your tour visits. While tipping is not mandatory, it is common practice and greatly appreciated by your Tour Guide.

Mobility scooters, wheelchairs, and walkers are not allowed. Arriving with any of these will result in a denial of boarding without a refund.

Hotel pickup is not guaranteed for tours booked within 24 hours of departure.

No exceptions will be made to the cancellation policy. To safeguard your trip against unforeseen circumstances, we recommend purchasing our Protect My Trip option.

You will receive an email the day before your tour to arrange your pickup time and location.

A 20% deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.

The remaining balance is due 7 days before the departure date.

For bookings made 10 days or less before departure, full payment is required at the time of booking.

Yes, if a credit card is used to make your deposit, the same card will automatically be charged for the remaining balance when it is due, unless you advise us of an alternative payment method.

Yes, a 3-day itinerary allows visits to multiple parks with structured scheduling. Time at each stop is limited but sufficient to see key viewpoints. It is designed as a highlights-focused itinerary rather than in-depth exploration.

Yes, multi-day tours are the best way to see multiple national parks and landmarks without the stress of planning routes, hotels, and timing. You cover more ground efficiently while still enjoying each destination.

While the US resident National Park entrance fees are included in the tour price, the Non-resident National Park entrance fees are not included. This tour visits Zion National Park, Bryce Canyon National Park, and Grand Canyon National Park. Lower Antelope Canyon and Monument Valley are located on Navajo Nation land and have separate admission fees, which are also not included.

National Park entrance fees are administered entirely by the U.S. National Park Service (NPS). MaxTour does not collect these fees or issue National Park passes.

For international visitors, here’s what you need to do:

• Purchase the America the Beautiful Non-Resident Annual Pass for $250, which is valid for 12 months. The pass covers the passholder and up to three additional adults at parks that charge per person, including when traveling on a commercial tour, making it the best value if you plan to visit several U.S. National Parks during your vacation.
