Our tour guide team is the best in Vegas and is compensated accordingly.
Are bathrooms available?
We schedule bathroom breaks every hour to hour and a half. However, on a private tour, you can request bathroom breaks as often as needed.
Is the bus a gross motorcoach?
Not at all. Our tours are conducted in new, high-roof, extended-length 15-passenger vans. These vans offer ample legroom and enough space to stand comfortably, ensuring a pleasant and spacious travel experience.
How much walking is involved?
All of our tours require a moderate amount of walking to see the sights.
Do we only visit places because you get a kickback?
No, we do not visit places just to receive a kickback. MaxTour guides prioritize our guests’ experience and are strictly prohibited from accepting commissions from souvenir shops or any other venues.
Will someone answer the phone if we need help?
Yes. Our general customer service line is open 8-5 seven days a week, and our Group Sales Lead is available by appointment.
For which hotels do you provide pickup/dropoff?
For private tours, we can pick up your group from any hotel or Airbnb in Las Vegas.
